Commitment to Sustainability

As clothing has worked its way into my art practice so has a dedication to sustainability. There are more than enough clothes and materials in the world already, so lets use them.

I source all of my clothes, fabric, and even thread and buttons second-hand, primarily around the city of philadelphia.

Fast fashion has ruined our relationship with clothes turning them into something disposable. We no longer think about what our clothes are made of or how long we’ll keep them. By prioritizing the selection of natural fibers (cotton, linen, wool, cashmere, etc.) my pieces are an investment crafted to last.
